Intensify collaboration between sanitation operators and municipalities and provide capacity building training to key actors in order to improve the quality of non-sewer sanitation services and coverage for at least one million people in Sub-Saharan Africa with improved strategic sanitation planning, development of sustainable projects, and institutionalization of sustainable operations and financing frameworks for sanitation in utilities and/or municipalities.
