WATER AND SANITATION UTILITY IT DEPARTMENT REPONSES TO COVID-19

Objectives

The objective of this discussion is to enable the panelists to share their experiences of water and sanitation utilities’ IT management in the context of the Coronavirus pandemic. The second objective will then be to understand lessons learned from this global crisis through the utilities’ IT management, particularly to understand the challenges and solutions deployed by IT departments to maintain the usual workflow and the health of agents and customers.

Expected results

At the end of the panel, participants will have a better perspective on the main challenges faced by IT departments of water and sanitation utilities in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Each panellist will be able to learn from the experiences of the other panellists and adapt their own operations.

Participants in this session will be able to appreciate the resilient technological solutions being considered that will help improve the performance of companies in the current situation.
