From May 17th to 19th 2017, the African Water Association (AfWA) took part in the INDUTEC/WATERTEC exhibition organized in Johannesburg, South Africa by the British consortium DMGS. Every two years, this event gathers many manufacturers of latest equipment used in the Water, Sanitation, Hygiene and Mining sectors, with participants from the whole world.

With more than 130 exhibiting companies including 76 from Asia, this fair is one of the most important in Africa and beyond the continent. AfWA’s Marketing Director, Aimé Digbeu, who attended this fair, seized the opportunity to encourage many participants to attend the next AfWA Congress to be held in Bamako, Mali on February 11-16, 2018 at Laico Hôtel de l’Amitié. The next INDUTEC/WATERTEC exhibition will be held in 2019.
