10 values to govern the professional and social life within the Executive Directorate of the African Water Association. The moral code which was officially presented to the staff on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 includes a series of rules of behaving vis-a-vis the responsibility and professional commitment. It also consists of ethical principles for fairness, mutual respect, solidarity or the spirit of work well done.

This charter is the result of developed reflection by members of the drafting committee, now has to be the system of reference of the staff of the Executive Directorate of the African Water Association. To mark their commitment to the effective implementation of the ten 'commandments'' prescribed in this Charter, members of executive Directorate have signed this document, pledge their support for the implementation of the core values contained in this charter.
