A dozen staff members of AfWA's Executive Office attended capacity building courses in English for about 6 months, funded by GAPWAS (German and Africa Partnership for Water and Sanitation) project within the framework of the partnership between AfWA and the German Water Operators (GWP). The certificate ceremony took place on Thursday, August 26, 2021. On this occasion, AfWA expressed its sincere gratitude to the GAPWAS Project Director, Natalie Kolbe, for providing the funding for this important training. On behalf of the GAPWAS Project Director, Sandrine Sigui, Project Assistant, affirmed that GAPWAS supports AfWA in achieving its objectives, in accordance with its terms of reference.

For their part, the agents attested that this training really contributed to improving their language level and the daily practice of English will allow them to go even further.
