AfWASA and Groupe Expertise Locale Seal a Strategic Agreement
On June 17, 2026, at the headquarters of Groupe Expertise Locale in Abidjan, Olivier GOSSO, Executive Director of the African Water and Sanitation Association, and Ange Roméo TRA BI SAHALI, President of Groupe Expertise Locale, signed a Memorandum of Understanding structuring their cooperation around four pillars: capacity building, the Water & Sanitation Sector Award, knowledge capitalisation and community awareness. Anchored in the framework of SDG 6 and the African Union's Agenda 2063, this agreement aims to accelerate the transformation of water and sanitation services across the African continent.
